Atypical Care Offers Certification Courses in Adult Mental Health First Aid.

When you use the skills you learn in Mental Health First Aid, you are the first line of support for a person in need. You also can be an advocate, empower your community, and improve self-care. As a Mental Health First Aider, you can be the one to recognize and respond to a mental health challenge. Your actions can be a first step in someone's recovery journey. As a commitment to holistic health, Atypical Care offers Mental Health First Aid certification courses at least once a month. This course is appropriate for all adults, both the general public and clinicians who want to make a difference in the lives of other adults. We also offer a Premium Registration option for many licensed healthcare professionals to earn CEUs, as our course is accredited for up to 7.5 CEUs through UVA Continuing Education.
